Olive Oil Company of Central Greece was founded in 1979 in the form of a Limited Liability Company and in 1991, it was transformed into a Société Anonyme. Based in Volos, Magnesia Prefecture and the factory is located in Damasta, Fthiotida.
The production unit in Lamia has been operating without interruption from 1980 until today.
The Factory
The operation of a brut pomace oil mill completes the cycle of olive production and its existence is necessary for the processing of by-products from the processing of olives – olive oil production. The factory includes 3 different functions.
Products
This product is used mainly in soap making. This is a comparatively excellent product after olive oil.
It is used for heat production in industries, handicrafts, greenhouses but also for domestic use (biomass boilers).
Acidic cotton oil contributes to the production of biodiesel while refined is used in a wide variety of foods.
It is a product of high nutritional used edible feed for various livestock companies.
Oil with a fatty acid composition. It can be used as a liquid ingredient in margarines and spreads.
